Irresistible Caramel topping
Quick, simple topping for all kinds of deserts
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Over medium heat, melt 1 c sugar
- Add 6 tbsp butter until blended
- Slowly whisk in the heavy cream, salt & vanilla
